Soulful, Inspiring, Passionate, Beautiful - these words describe the songwriting and singing talent of Terri Brinegar. Since her relocation to Nashville, Tennessee, Terri has been writing music of diverse influences, from Jazz to R&B to Adult Contemporary. Her melodies are never predictable, her words are positive, uplifting, and inspiring, and the music is soulful and rich in texture. Terri likes to write with a definite groove in her songs, but feels that the melody is the most important part of the song. An accomplished musician who grew up playing a variety of instruments, Terri graduated with a degree in Classical voice and even attended The Juilliard School of Music in New York City. She is a seasoned professional with years of stage experience from her years of performing in the Los Angeles Blues circuit. Her voice has been described as "a weapon of great caliber for minds and hearts" and "one of the strongest on the scene". "Having The Time of My Life" is Terri's 4th CD.

From the sensuous "Paradise", to the rockin "Let Me Come Back Home", Terri expresses her musical diversity and stretches her songwriting to the limits.

The journey of vocalist Terri Brinegar began with a Classical foundation. She played violin from the age of 9, then later upright bass. While still in high school, she was performing with a local University Orchestra. And all along she was singing. Upon receiving a full scholarship to the school of her choice, she decided on North Texas State University, famous for its wonderful music department. Not knowing what style of music she wanted to sing, (and not really knowing she had a choice), she started with her Classical training and development. She loved singing, and loved the expressiveness of Classical music. In 1984, Terri graduated after completing her final exam: her Senior Recital. She later attended the Juilliard School of Music in New York.

"Live From North Texas State University" was released in August, 2009
